Pienso que es importante que Bolivia por si misma “levante” servicios libres como reemplazo, haciendo una pequeña lista; para clases virtuales se puede montar instancias de Big Blue Button y/o jitsi en lugar de zoom o microsoft teams, montar instancias de moodle como plataforma educativa.
Pero el tema educativo es más complejo que solamente soluciones tecnológicas (que existen) también esta la brecha digital y, que la mayoría de los estudiantes no tienen acceso a internet estable o cuentan con computadoras que les faciliten el uso de estas herramientas. ¿Cuáles serían los puntos de partida?
