Definitivamente en Bolivia, existe el uso del e-commerce.
Inicialmente muy pocas empresas difunden sus productos y servicios por Internet, exponiéndolos en una pagina (semi-catalogo). Lo que se tiene que hacer es profesionalizar y personzalizar los sitios web, con sistemas de Administración de Contenidos(CMS).
Por otra parte falta dinamizar al publico que visita las paginas. NO existe fidelización ni registro de sus visitantes, esto hace que el futuro cliente se vaya a otro sitio (“la competencia esta a un click”). Y por ende la falta de credibilidad del cliente en visitar los sitios web.Por otra parte no solo la tarjeta de crédito es el único medio de realizar transacciones, existen muchas formas de realizar la transacción.
Otro punto débil es la logística y distribución física que no se tiene consolidado.
Esperemos que las empresas incorporen a sus filas personal especializado, para que puedan sugerir, innovar y lanzar los e-productos y e-servicios.Posteriormente se modificará o se reformara la ley 164, sus decretos y normas asociadas.
